Retrieves the first item that matches the conditions.For attributes of type EntityReference (e.g. Customer, Lookup, Owner) additional tokens will be created to expose the name and logical name of the reference. Tokens are: [<OutputTokenName>:Name] and [<OutputTokenName>:LogicalName]
