Add Radio Boxes

Adds a group of radio buttons, where users pick one option, to a Dynamic Field Container when the form loads. The options can also be shown as buttons. It works like a Radio Boxes field placed in the form builder.

Typical Use Cases
- Ask a question with a few answers for each item in a list, for example Yes, No or Not sure
- Show a choice as a row of buttons, for example

Don't use it to
- Offer many options. Use Add Dropdown instead.
- Allow several selections. Use Add Checkbox List instead.

Input Parameter Reference
This action has the common parameters, except Secure Input and Readonly, and the list parameters, including Link To. It also has:

Set Initial Value to the value of the option to select when the form loads.

When the form is submitted, the selected value is available in [<FieldId>].

1. Add a Yes/No question for each list entry
Put this action inside an Execute Actions for each List Entry that loops over a Questions list with Id and Text columns, in the form's On PreInit or On Init actions. It adds a required horizontal Yes/No question for each entry.
